Saturday Showcase - Using silhouettes

Hi guys and happy weekend.
If you subscribe to our newsletter (if not you can sign up for it on the right hand side of the blog or in our store), you will see that we added a new category to our store called silhouettes! We will be continuing to add more in the coming weeks! Now while you can use silhouettes by themselves and they look fabulous, you can also use them with your digital stamps.
Today I want to show you how to use our Knight silhouette.

First up you need our regular Sparky the Knight Digital Stamp

Sparky the Knight (colored)
and then our Knight Silhouette
Knight silhouette
Now using you Photo Editing Program, open up the silhouette and make it the size you want for your project. The open up your Sparky stamp and place it on top of the silhouette, resize "Sparky" until you can see the outline of the silhouette around him
and he will now look like he has a shadow around him. I think this brings great depth to your project.
Now cut him out and add to your project!
Finished sketch above also uses our Heart circle silhouette and knight sentiment
(feel free to copy sketch for your project)
Thanks for stopping by and have a fabulous day!
